Mr. Venkata Krishna Mohan Nandam serves as the Managing Director and is also one of the Promoters of our company. With over 38 years of rich and diverse professional experience spanning the public banking sector and the registrar and share transfer agency industry, Mr. Mohan has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s growth trajectory and operational excellence since its inception.

Mr. Mohan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kakatiya University, Warangal (NIT Warangal), followed by a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Microwave and Optical Communication Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. His strong technical background, combined with his financial services expertise, enables him to bring a unique blend of technology-driven process innovation and strategic management to the organization.

Prior to founding our company, Mr. Mohan gained extensive experience working with reputed institutions such as Indian Telephone Industries Ltd., where he started his career as an Apprentice Assistant Executive Engineer. Subsequently, he worked with Canara Bank as Manager (TFO) and with Canbank Financial Services Limited, where he acquired invaluable exposure to the financial services landscape, particularly in areas related to capital markets, banking operations, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Mohan has also played a significant leadership role in the broader registrar and transfer agency industry. He served as the Chairperson of the Registrars Association of India (RAIN) for the Fiscal Year 2018 and continues to actively contribute as a committee member of RAIN for Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025, demonstrating his commitment to industry development, advocacy, and regulatory collaboration.

Since the incorporation of our company, Mr. Mohan has been at the helm of operations, overseeing the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the business. Mrs. Geeta Mohan Nandam serves as a Non-Executive Director and is also one of the Promoters of our company. She has been associated with the organization since December 10, 2020, contributing her financial acumen, banking knowledge, and strategic insight to support the company’s growth and governance framework.

Mrs. Nandam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Financial Accounting and Auditing from the University of Bombay (now University of Mumbai). Further enhancing her academic qualifications, she also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT University), Bombay, equipping her with a strong foundation in banking operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance.

As a Non-Executive Director, Mrs. Nandam brings a unique perspective to the Board, combining her academic background with practical insights gained through her longstanding association with the company and the broader financial services sector. Chief Financial Officer CFO

Ashish Mishra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, proudly associated as a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). With over 10 years of comprehensive experience spanning accounts, finance, and the capital market, Ashish has developed a strong acumen in financial management, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) at Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading SEBI-registered Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), Ashish plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving operational efficiency. His extensive knowledge of capital markets, coupled with his hands-on experience in financial reporting, risk management, and resource optimization, enables him to contribute significantly to the company’s sustained growth and financial stability.

Aditya Ghosh serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) at our organization, bringing with him a distinguished academic background and an extensive professional track record spanning over three decades.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electronics and Communication from the prestigious University of Roorkee (Now Indian Institute of Technology - IIT, Roorkee), and has further strengthened his management acumen with an Advanced Diploma in Management from the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi.

With more than 30 years of rich and diverse experience, Aditya has demonstrated proven expertise in technology strategy, analytics, process automation, and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions, where he consistently aligned technology initiatives with core business objectives, resulting in measurable outcomes such as cost optimization, enhanced operational efficiency, process re-engineering, and sustainable business growth.

Mr. Siddhartha M. Khiraiya serves as the Executive Vice President at our organization, bringing with him over 23 years of core experience in the capital markets. His extensive knowledge and strategic leadership have significantly contributed to the growth and evolution of organizations in the financial services and investment sectors.

Mr. Khiraiya holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from Osmania University. Further enhancing his academic credentials, he has also successfully completed an Executive Program in Investment Banking and Capital Markets from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. These qualifications have equipped him with in-depth financial expertise and a comprehensive understanding of capital market operations, investment banking, and regulatory frameworks.
